The other day, a video came out showing what was coming in version 3.0 for ZZZ, and what we saw, let's just say, raised some concerns.
The new character design is so fantasy-like that you can't tell if the new characters are from Genshin or ZZZ.
The situation is so that even people who make comedy comics have picked up on it.
People are complaining that ZZZ is losing its identity, and I just saw a video of a guy dismissing the complaints and calling them unfounded.

Because, according to him, since the developers said the game was “urban fantasy,” it’s fine to have fantasy elements. That we’ve always had demons running around and magic swords and no one ever said anything. And that since the main theme (according to him) of 2.0 was greed, which is an urban theme, it counts as “urban fantasy.” Since the people complaining can’t really define why they’re complaining, there’s actually no problem.
