  Just tested on most recent raspbian (debian on raspberry pi) linux and Copy Fail for sure fucks up 'su' pages in memory, but the command simply becomes unexecutable. It does not drop me to a root login because it cannot execute the 'su' command. Indeed the '/bin/su' file itself remains untouched. Reboot and it gets cleared out of memory.
