Struggling today. We have a neighbor who leaves his house at 5AM. He spends 15 minutes slamming his truck doors and leaving the driver side door open with the key in the ignition so it's constantly BEEP BEEP BEEPing and it's been ripping me out of my sleep in a way that I cannot get back to sleep. Not to mention the gas fumes through my open window that is open because we have no AC. This all happens directly under my bedroom window. I don't know what to do. It's starting to really negatively affect my day in a bad way.
