hot take: the fact neither gitlab nor gitea/forgejo nor github have ever considered it worthwhile to be able to locally test and run CI actions is a massive oversight that make for an absolute nightmare of debugging unless you basically remove all logic from your actions and just have them run scripts you can also use locally also: the github "marketplace" style approach of just importing someone else's code was a terrible idea, it's all the problems of excessive dependencies...

hot take: informed consent is the only acceptable standard for providing HRT to adults, and if it isn't available in your country you are always justified in taking shortcuts like DIY so long as nobody else is harmed in the process the only reason you should need for getting E or T is "I want to", and nobody gets to judge you for "trying it", stopping again if it isn't for you, or getting it in ways not approved by the system even if it was theoretically possible for...
