  I got some blood test results back that validate things that I had been complaining about for centuries and my family doctor just said "it is what it is" I'm finally getting treatment and, while it may take months to see improvement, I'm happy that I'm on the right track

  But anyway, also as a result of bloodwork, blood sugar and lipidogram are again absolutely perfect. At this point I am convinced that a lot of my family's "genetic" early cardiovascular diseases were basically caused by: - no exercise - eating things that are not good for you, and a lot of it But, most importantly: - smoking I might develop cardiovascular disease too, but not now 👍
