  Good job, Loctite! *SlowClap* Has been sitting on the shelf for a couple of weeks. Now that I needed it, it has fully cured inside. Had to resort to the CA glue that my MIL has. It still works after months (or years?) of storage. UHU brand, by the way.

  I recently had a service call with the provider of the web-based timesheet program we use at work. It would randomly jumble the days of the month or put me in a wrong time zone. After some back and forth they said that I shouldn't use LibreWolf, but rather stick with Edge or Chrome.   Sweet! Flare Audio (FlareAudio.com) finally equipped their #Calmer filters with an additional 10 dB attenuation. I'm not sure if I ever suggested that addition, but it is a thing I wanted. I'm definitely looking forward to testing these next time I have to be among people.

  On a side note: we had an electrician over for a couple of new cables and a subdistribution board. When I opened it to label the cables, I noticed that he hadn't done any of the safety testing. While doing the testing, I checked connections and ended up redoing most of them. I'm not sure what's going on with that. No planning, no documentation, no testing.   Vacation is awesome! You finally get to do things you care about instead of staring into your computer screen and writing pointless e-mails. This time, I can finally install the lights where there was no light before. (Well, single 40W light bulbs, but that's pretty much the same as none) Stairs to the basement and the shed where I plan to do some woodworking in the future. Also, it makes going to the basement a lot safer and getting wood for the stove much easier. Lights for the base...

  This one I keep as a constant reminder not to lend my tools. It was abused to remove plaster. Twice. Next week I should see to get a replacement. It looks like you can finally buy Wera again at DIY stores. #Tools
