Okay I honestly need to learn how to correctly work with Paperless-ngx. I do store a lot of documents in there, but it's not really helping me sort my documents. With how I use it as of today, I might be better off with some PDFs inside some folders. How do other people use this software?

I have a super weird bug with my Linux server (vServer) and I might actually need some help because I don't understand. At all. The server is running Ubuntu (with Ubuntu Pro), and thus it is automatically installing security patches at ~6 am. That's good. I suppose when it updates netplan or smth, the connection to my VLAN (just another network device that is managed by netcup) doesn't work anymore. Okay so if I may be actually honest right now... While I don't think I'll use Linux in the near future on my desktop system (too many compatibility issues and stuff), I might be interested to try it out on a laptop. The only laptop I own - at the moment - is my Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio. (It's the one on my Fedi banner!) I like it a lot, even though its performance isn't the greatest as of lately. I might need to reinstall Windows on there. I could install Linux on there...

Hm, honest Linux question because I honestly don't know any better... I've heard that there are (at least) two types of distros / releases: Rolling Release and Standard Release. And, as far as I know, Arch (and those that are based on Arch) are the rolling type. Rolling was for faster updates, if I remember correctly? Okay, mein LAN-Switch scheint langsam den Geist aufzugeben. (Schlecht!) Nutze den u. a. für meinen PC, meinen NAS und nen Mini-PC. Ist ein einfacher tp-link mit 8 Ports. Kann jemand nen besseren Switch empfehlen, der eventuell auch länger hält? Ich brauche nicht unbedingt großes High-End (1 Gbit sollte reichen) und ich würd den schon ganz gern über Amazon bestellen können. (Da ich Hersteller-Shops nicht immer vertraue.)

Hm... Question regarding alt text for pictures here on Fedi! If I post something with 3 pictures, all of them being the same concept but just a little bit different (fursuit pictures), should I copy and modify the alt text of the first image onto the second and third, or should I just refer to the first image and state the differences? Happy Fursuit Friday!! Today's Ázzuens turn to get some points throwing darts! Like I mentioned last week, the first challenge of the "Prüfung der Fertigkeit" was a game of outdoor darts. Happy Fursuit Friday!! The first challenge of the "Prüfung der Fertigkeit" was an outdoor darts game. You had some throws and had to get some points (0-100 per throw). The higher the points, the better you are. I got 0 points. In two rounds. ._. Well, that was because of my fursuit paws, of course. I just got this really beautiful pride artwork made by @Nievaris_Art@pounced-on.me. Of course, when I got asked if I had an outfit in mind already, I had to ask for the techwear outfit that @LumiaP2L@meow.social originally designed for me.
