Found out some dude on Hell's Kitchen sabotaged the guy sending out dishes by leaving the crab out of the crab risotto and it wasn't noticed, even after taste testing. Gordon was so proud of the trickery it became a common theme in later challenges. Technically the cook shouldn't have done it, but it's also the head's job to inspect dishes before they go out.

Apparently a law was passed some years ago that required car companies to design and implement a feature that passively determines whether you&#39;re too drunk to drive and just doesn&#39;t let you operate the car.
