  The us has only 3 ice breakers. One just went out of commission probably permanently considering the condition of America's industry. How the fuck does the united states end up with only 3 ice breakers? I get that Russia having 57 is to be expected and the us does not need so many but ffs shouldn't it have like 7 or 8?
