  Question for sari-wearers: How do you clean them? I have three, all polyester, two very sheer like chiffon, one heavier like silk. All have metallic thread embroidery, and one is beaded.   Did yard work this morning: mowed, trimmed, clipped, and hauled away. Went back out a bit ago to gather up branches spouse trimmed along the road and driveway and haul them out too. Picked another handful of black raspberries to add to what I already had, in order to make a sugar-free raspberry sorbet. Almost time for that to go into the ice cream maker.   I am a big fan of semicolons. They create a tighter relationship between items than a comma can. "The book was from another life and she set it down." The guideline says we should use a comma before that "and," because there are two independent clauses (grammatically complete thoughts) there. However, using a semicolon makes a stronger connection.   I have, this afternoon, ordered a five-disc set of Tibetan bells and singing bowl audio. Years ago i had two of them. Those went missing at some point, so now I'm getting the whole set. Henry Wolff and Nancy Hemmings traveled to Tibet and Nepal in 1969 to collect the sacred sounds. I look forward to hearing them, either again or for the first time. #TibetanBuddhism #SacredSound
