Chicken fajitas for dinner. Season chicken. Cook in skillet. Remove. Do NOT wipe skillet. Add sliced peppers and onion. Sauté, adding seasoning as needed (probably not a lot). Put chicken back in, stir. Cook a few more minutes so there's no pink left.
