  MMMMMMMMMMMM… Microgramma is a squarish sans conceived to remain legible at very small sizes – hence the name. It was drawn by Alessandro Butti (1893–1959), director of Nebiolo’s Studio Artistico, and first cast in 1952, in five all-caps styles. Aldo Novarese – first Butti’s assistant and then his successor – subsequently reworked the design into Eurostile (1962), adding lowercase characters.   Staff pick: Shelf Life is a feature documentary that observes the parallels of the cheese aging process and the human experience of growing old. The film posters were designed by Lauren King, using Mausoleum.   Sixty years ago, in November 1963, #MauriceSendak published his now famous #ChildrensBook, Where the Wild Things Are.   Tired of the same old #fonts? In the past seven days, we added 64 new Uses to the Collection at https://fontsinuse.com. Between those, 28 #typefaces were documented for the first time. These debutants include old and new designs. Intrigue and Magister go back to the 1960s. Some incl. Aconchego, Grez, Hublot, Terza Display, and Tid came out in the past 12 months.
