  Because I don't know who might need to hear it: You do not need to suffer to make great art. I had good mentors who told me this until it stuck. Maybe you don't, so I'm going to say it again. You are allowed to be happy AND make great art.

  I made some things. This is my second time ever using a sewing machine to sew things, as opposed to my usual method; hand sewing with pliers (I am usually sewing things that a "regular" sewing machine couldn't handle).   Realized I've been experiencing some rather intense Character/Identity Bleed from watching a show. I'm trying to read up on it (I find that learning about things helps me deal with them). I'm finding lots about Bleed from role-playing (games/acting) but not much about Bleed from reading/watching.   Mental health has been a wreck the past few days. My therapist thinks it's stuff piling up until something breaks, but it came on suddenly (from my perspective) which has usually been medication related. Either way, trying to work on "fun" projects and not beat myself up for having a broken brain.

  Updated my owl skull with eyeballs model. This is the first #SciComm model I created, and I've learned a lot since.
