  Yay. I took a risk with 3 Russian cameras sold as "Parts only, untested", with no views of the lens internals. I had prepared mentally to take a look and put them in the bin if they were unsalvageable. Turns out 2 are in pretty good condition optically and mechanically, with the other having some fine scratches on the front lens that I doubt will show in photos. No haze or fungus, little dust.   Multi-layered clouds at sunset. Liked the shapes, contrasts, variance in cloud types at different layers, the golden light against the stark white and dark grey. Trialling placing the lens info at lower left in the image (for those people interested in these things, and as a reminder to future self).
