Todays new term folks, "floorloss", When you fumble a part, and *just* before it hits the floor, a pixie swoops in and carries it away, leaving you looking for hours all over the floor for it like a fool.

@RueNahcMohr@infosec.exchange floor loss is a function of price. If a 1206 resistor that is less than a tenth of the penny hits the floor is considered to have evaporated into hawking radiation. if a $1 0805 capacitor hits the floor it is converted into ten minutes of crawling with a flashlight
