I’ve noticed a pattern about where the National signs are appearing around here this election:
1) Empty business premises, mainly long running businesses that have closed down recently.
2) Munted slum rentals.

I was recently in a very posh and expensive suburb and noticed a house on the corner was run down, unmaintained, wild grass growing everywhere. Strange it would be abandoned in such a high decile and pricey place. Turned the corner, oh, lots of National election billboards on the fence. Edit: looked it up on homes. Bought 2021 for $2,800,000 and current valuation is $2,975,000 @pistonblown@mastodon.nz #NZpol
