@ariadne@social.treehouse.systems @immibis@social.immibis.com @tante@tldr.nettime.org right, and one thing I see happen more and more is people being like "fuck discord, i'm making my own" "fuck gmail, i'm making my own" "fuck this iot firmware, I'm doing my own". Maybe I'm currently using the generous offering a big corp is giving me, or in my case increasingly just using a friend's hosting and local models, who cares. I just think one should be able to use their silicon on their own terms.
