I have questions about two parts of the process. First: “the last four were chosen out of the 7 valid 2-nomination people as the only representative of their instance (except Adam Curry, who was deemed essential).” What does “deemed essential” mean in this context? What is the criteria for that decision? Second: “Ratposter has been underseeded, and SMetzeler has been overseeded. This is to improve the quality of matches.” What exactly defines “quality of matches” here? And who determines that adjustment?
