@FaggotTourney@tsundere.love @Twig@annihilation.social @satsuki@misskey.fearisfreedom.com @RatPoster@poa.st Using the poll thread as an all-in-one package: cast your poll vote, then reply "I vote for X" as verification. Organizers can still review accounts, remove duplicates, and enforce the rules exactly as they do now. Manual review is required whether votes come from a poll or a reply thread. For organizers, a poll provides an automatic running tally, a clearly defined voting window, and an automatic closing time. The part, verifying accounts and enforcing tournament rules, remains under organizer control. For participants, the benefits are transparency and excitement. Like Polymarket or Kalshi, people can watch momentum shift live instead of waiting for occasional score updates. Everyone can see the deadline, nobody has to wonder whether voting closed early, and the match feels more like a live event. And everyone can still meme, campaign, argue, and flag suspicious votes in the very same thread.
