@pyoor@lgbtqia.space given a recent comment thread I saw, with earlier-transition women being surprised at just how much boobage HRT provided someone (“I thought we couldn’t get more than A or B cup???”), seems like there’s a myth to be dispelled / logic to be applied there too. Whether cis or trans, boobs take time to grow. A year or two isn’t enough. If you have aunts with F cups, those probably took them 6 years to grow. You’ll match the family eventually.

@maco@wandering.shop oh yeah. I mean there's that ridiculous study which people point to and say: "See, this says boobs stop growing at 2 years" but then fail to read that the study *ends* at 2 years. These DDs didn't appear overnight, folks. They took their sweet time. And we won't get into how the medical system often prescribes trans women menopausal levels of HRT. There's a really good reason so many trans femmes end up DIYing.

All my aunts and sisters are E or bigger, but my breasts never grew past B. I have been on Estrogen for over 10 years and I tried everything. My only guess is that I take after my grandma, who was the only other woman in my family with B cups. I felt mishapen and broken for years and had trouble going out in public until I got implants.
