    @Dawn Thank you! Thank you for letting me know - I&amp;#39;m trying to beat Regence BlueShield of WA into covering it, and they&amp;#39;re misrepresenting its safety profile, so I&amp;#39;m hoping that by providing evidence of that *and* pointing out that it&amp;#39;s covered by them through their parent company in other states I might demonstrate that I&amp;#39;m annoying and persistent enough that I&amp;#39;m not gonna go away, and so it&amp;#39;s worth them just covering it.

    Btw, the press I&amp;#39;m one half of is doing a terrifying thing in 5 days. We&amp;#39;re opening preorders for Pollination. This is by far our biggest and most complex project in terms of logistics and volume. But it&amp;#39;s also just a fucking cool bit of Trans/Queer creativity and passion.     Hey cis people &amp;amp; people desperately trying to convince themselves they&amp;#39;re cis. I wanted to clarify something that my newly out friend reminded me y&amp;#39;all don&amp;#39;t know. Affirming HRT dramatically changes you. Estrogen will soften your skin, change your facial fat distribution and give you breasts and hips. A lot of what you see about your body isn&amp;#39;t bone structure. It&amp;#39;s fat distribution. That can - and does - change dramatically on HRT. So yes, the...
