I have never been more burnt out as an open source software maintainer than when people started submitting AI written pull requests. This is hell. I’m in hell right now

@danirabbit@mastodon.online And this is why I nearly bit a discredited tech journalist's head off yesterday when he bragged about how much fun he was having "vibe coding" some app so he didn't have to learn actual programming.
