@MLE_online when you get coins professionally graded, they get ranked on a scale of 1-70 on condition. So a Poor-1 grade on a coin means it is literally as bad of shape and worn as much as possible while still being able to fully identify the year and mint of the coin. It has become a whole niche of the hobby where people are trying to collect full sets of absolute bottom tier graded coins.
