Trike is back on the road!! First miles since June. I feel like my soul has been returned to me. Not the best, prettiest, or fun ride but it was 60 miles of joy, even with 10 miles of traffic. If you had told me 20 years ago that not riding would be harmful for my mental health, not sure I would’ve believed you. My emotional wellbeing is now dependent on riding. It’s like my heart is ripped out when I can’t ride nowadays. #motorcycle
