@weirdestate If books are included that would be the dream house for many people here around. Also, not expensive, less than a parking stall in Monte Carlo.

@weirdestate The floral wallpapers are a bit much. As are the chandeliers in the bathroom. Also, has *almost* enough bookshelves. Almost. Okay, let's face is there such a thing as too many bookshelves?

@weirdestate A great example of a couple aging in place. When they bought this it was perfect for their price range and so nicely designed. For years he bragged to guests about making the bookshelves and knick knack holders. She was admired for keeping the place neat as a pin. After he died she eventually was convinced by the kids to move to an elder care community, and thus this museum piece is on the market.

@weirdestate Does a snow plow come with the house? Because that’s a very long driveway and that part of Iowa can get a lot of snow. The pink glassware in the window was fun.

@weirdestate It'll go great with my new Plymouth! The house is so dated, it should just be preserved as-is as a time capsule. 8000 square foot house (743m^2) is ridiculous in any time frame.
