The neighbors recently put an addition on their house with an almost flat roof.
Anyway, I looked out the window to see that it was raining and an American Robin was bathing in a puddle and getting a shower at the same time.
(American Robins aren’t actual robins; they’re thrushes with dark heads and red breasts.)

Though this just made me wonder if “robin” is an actual scientific group, and it looks like the answer is “no”. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robin#Animals But also, the American Robin is a thrush, and every other robin seems to be much smaller. Though maybe not the fish that’s called a robin; I didn’t check its size.
