Nice 10k out thru a forest on trail and track, with the help of Cypress Hill and their Black Sunday album. Shocked that I still, 33 years later, remember the lyrics. No rap battles won and I'm glad that we didn't see a sole on route ;)

@woollypigs Great album, to accompany a nice run. The ability of the human brain to recall music, and lyrics is quite something, even when you haven't heard something for donkeys years.
