Looking for the source of this guide to surviving long-term trauma and stress. It makes very helpful points. Anyone know who wrote this? I'd like to be able to use it in workshops.

@BrightFlame@wandering.shop wow it is really good. If you do find the person to credit, that would be amazing. It really looks like something that should be shared widely in these trying times.

  • @BrightFlame@wandering.shop I don't have knowledge on the source but wow, is it validating of the constant cycles I've been in here in Saint Paul. I keep telling people that I'm like a house cat - bursts of activity followed by stretches of rest.

@BrightFlame@wandering.shop I have tracked it as far as Patricia Enstad in MN: https://www.facebook.com/cathy.malchiodi/posts/pfbid02uDmyxS1GXp25Ms2gY1ySdotqTqfnRMR68YpjjiYCcHPGyFE1ub6v5zUABgvjuwVhl?comment_id=2093311128167921&reply_comment_id=1234091565480887
