  it truly baffles me that cats have this reputation for being aloof and standoffish. i literally have not known solitude since i brought my little creature home from the shelter. she is obsessed with me and has been from day one. god forbid i even shower with the door closed, lest she wail in anguish that i have abandoned her. perhaps i adopted a uniquely sociable cat, but it seems that cats might actually the clingiest bitches alive

  hey nerds /affectionate what ai-free fork of calibre are y'all using these days? when calibre first announced ai implementation i remember there were a flurry of forks in protest, but the bar for entry was too high for my limited tech knowledge, so i've just been rawdogging my ebook management this is not terribly compatible with recently deepdiving into the literal decades of kirk/spock fanfic sooooo hit me w your non-AI FOSS ebook-managing software recs please and thank you
