Turns out I am Canadian. Whatta surprise, eh!
One of my brothers is the family genealogy expert. He reports that we have two sets of great-great grandparents that were Canadian. That is more than enough to qualify me for Canadian citizenship, passport and the right to live in Canada if I so choose.
