@kdj8 Just quit. Cold. Take regular Breath controll (is it deep? Frequently? How can I learn to "just" breath?) Metidation (also to get better Breath-Flow) Tell someone about it, or give someone pysicly all your Smoke-stuff to them. No Emergency-ciggs, you really dont want them in really bad times Physical addiction goes away after +/- 48hrs. Psych. after months even years (someone says two Weeks but thats not true when you really are an avid smoker).

@kdj8 "doesn't wanna stop" is pretty much the number one thing that will make it really difficult (close to impossible) to stop. Prerequisite of ending an addiction is wanting to stop, also from my experience an institution that one isnt forced into requires that, if the intention isnt there one will get kicked out (and i hope i dont need to explain that institutionalising someone does more harm than anything) For ur question, id try to look if there is any (ideally anonymous) drug counselling and ask there
