@David@setouchi.social @surf@flipboard.social @greg@flipboard.social Fair question. Our focus so far has been to get the custom feeds experience to be great across platforms. We also wanted to enable new users to the social web to be able to easily sign up and create an account that could seamlessly work across protocols. As a result, the following feed experience has been a lower priority because we know there are plenty of other apps out there that do a great job at this for Mastodon users. All that said we also know that a great following feed + great custom feeds is the ultimate so that's why we're focusing on it now.
