what if fediverse had a p2p post propagation thingy so small instances don’t get overwhelmed

@_r@donotsta.re they dont do that because you'd have to make a really fucked up signature system for posts otherwise you would be able to fake posts really easily it's possible but enough of a bitch that it's not worth the technical debt
