@WandererUber That's interesting. Maybe part of the problem is the cubes aren't as big as the ones out of my ice tray at home so it's almost like crushed ice.

@Rudolf_von_Goldenbaum the cooling wouldn't be much different, but they would probably melt faster and water down the drink if they are really small (larger surface area) could that be it?
