So I've been reading the Tiffany Aching books with my daughter as her bedtime story, and I was loving them so much I grabbed a used copy of Mort to read myself.
However, we finished the second Tiffany book, and I had ordered the next, but it's slow coming from eBay. So I guess instead of reading one of the many other more child oriented books, we're reading Mort for bedtime. She insisted.

@pivotal@sunny.garden Mort is fantastic and a great introduction to the death series which also has a great female protagonist. There will be many jokes that fly over her head, but she will love it anyway.
