Reaver Titan: Day 55/56 Spent about two days working on the toddler’s base. Combination of rolled out hexagon tiles, printed ruins, cork board, and some textured paint. Some magnets in the base should keep him standing. #reavertitan

Reaver Titan: Day 57 I think he’s done? You can always find more to tweak, but in general, I’m happy enough. Next time will be the full pictures and whatnot. Anyway, on this, the last day, I finished highlighting up the display base. And had an Old Fashioned. #reavertitan

As I’m waiting for stuff to dry, ripped out another 5 bases for my next one project. (Bottom 5 in the picture). Still figuring out this technique, it’s remarkably forgiving. (Need to remember to really amp up the contrast on the marines)

Some WIP pictures of the next project. Definitely pushing myself a bit with these guys: I’ll either get better at some techniques or flame out hard 🔥 -No metallic paint -Gradients done via brush -No shades (contrast okay) #wip #minipainting #warhammer #warhammer30k #horusheresy

Reaver Titan: Day 53 While I am the only one who will ever know that I highlighted these cables, that’s perfectly okay. The cult of hidden paint is very real.

Not yet done, but awfully close. Some fiddly bits broke and need regluing, a bit of highlighting, and I need to model the base.

Knocked out a few industrial bases for my next ZM project. If it gives you goblin green vibes: yay! If not, well, I tried? That’s okay too. #wip #paintingminis

My wife and I can’t have kids. This is fine; it’s been 20 years and we have a great life. One downside of this is that our immune systems are weak, pathetic kittens. We’re just not exposed to that much, because if you do t have kids, usually your friends don’t have them either - at least when they’re young. Our neighbors are lovely people with an 18mo old. We went over to their house for pizza. Their boy is adorable. He was also sick. They were fine, of course.
