Thinking about how, before patriarchy made masculinity the default option, it was "wereman" and "woman." Apparently that's the etymology of "werewolf," a portmanteau of man and wolf.
This implies that a girl werewolf is actually a wowolf.
(gods help me when the linguistic nerds find this one)

@SymTrkl I believe it was "wifman" before that (from which we get "wife" because patriarchy), so a female werewolf is a wifwolf
