Well, I was considering Booklore for my #homelab. However, after this little piece of information, that's right out...
Not only has it become AI slop, the dev is making it REALLY difficult to be even remotely sympathetic...
So, that's right out of the window, I'm sure there are other, non-sloppified, at least as good #selfhosted book management pieces of software...

@nanianmichaels thanks for the links. I have not been able to upgrade to v2, and this probably is why. Any suggestions on replacement projects? My main use case is syncing with my kobo reader. #selfhosted #ebooks
