Made a new friend this winter. I find her in the same area near a marshy creek along a path, hunting. But she’ll take a break and come to me. Sometimes she comes running when she sees me with a loud enthusiastic “Meow!” She is a sweetie. I’m always glad to see her. (Even though I’m a dog person).

@huskify Is she a feral cat? I befriended a feral cat in 2020 and she is a beautiful cat, very smart and with a great attitude. She can be a bit mean and testy at times, but a tasty treat and a bit of cuddling and she slows right down.
