Is she a feral cat?
I befriended a feral cat in 2020 and she is a beautiful cat, very smart and with a great attitude. She can be a bit mean and testy at times, but a tasty treat and a bit of cuddling and she slows right down.

@maddad She has a pink collar on, so I assume she lives near the walking path. I don't know who owns her, but she sure is friendly. I have seen little kids also petting her.
