When "Disenchantment" first came out I remember being disappointed. I think that I wanted it to be more like Simpsons or Futurama, I don't know. I'm different now & I enjoy it. It's sweet & funny. The setting is unusual enough to be interesting. And I no longer enjoy Simpsons or Futurama. Times change. The only shows I'm watching currently are this and Fraggle Rock 🙃. Yes I guess I'm childish but I like funny mixed with sweet. It helps.

Disenchantment season 2 thoughts I like season one (called part one) more than two. On the one hand the world building gets deeper & that's good. It simply happens as a consequence of more episodes. But the first season moved on pace along the arc. S2 is more rambling. I don't demand long story arcs if a show is good in every installment—example: I prefer old episodic Star Trek to new Trek with arcs. This show that I liked last season now feels meandering & time wasting. #disenchantment #tv

@RMiddleton Is Disenchantment still going on? I believe I watched a couple of seasons but don't remember exactly how many.
