You could search for a chink in my armor. It can't.
Those things are important to me in a moral discussion, more than in a question of code, where the word extrusion is helpful although synthetic.
But I haven't tried it. Possibly word soup would bubble up things to think about. Maybe a friendly-seeming thoughtless robot could be a decent thought mirror.
Eliza users thought so.

@RonJeffries@mastodon.social @GeePawHill@mastodon.social I wrote a really REALLY good Eliza in BASIC for a science fair project in primary school. Everyone thought it completely passed the Turing Test. Folks would check behind my table for a human on another computer. That was 1984.
