I really don't miss looking at the code.
Code was always the means to the end for me.
I spent 35 years learning to write code so I could craft software users find valuable.
I no longer need to look at the code.
I can fully focus on the value to the user.

@lehtimaeki@snapp.social I get your point, truly, as the mediocre coder I was. However it sounds like "I don't need to cook, now I can just focus on making the dining experience appealing." Except that, when we started thinking like this, we ended up being fatter and in worse health than the previous generations. Also, when we can't afford to spend a lot of money on food anymore, we cut back on it.
