However it sounds like "I don't need to cook, now I can just focus on making the dining experience appealing."
Except that, when we started thinking like this, we ended up being fatter and in worse health than the previous generations. Also, when we can't afford to spend a lot of money on food anymore, we cut back on it.

@s1m0n4@ohai.social @lehtimaeki@snapp.social I think we should acknowledge the dirty secret in our industry. A lot (the majority?) of code is wasted effort. Why? Because we don't actually spend enough time understanding users. Shitty UIs, nonsensical workflows, mangled mental models. These are everywhere!! Who cares if the code is flawless when the product is defective? It's time to fix this and stepping away from the code is part of that. (Disclaimer - Juhani and I work together and have very similar thinking.)
