Co-ops and clubs are a good solution to woodworking's space & equipment problems. It's an expensive hobby.

@felis_catus_domesticus@toot.community Yes. For me, this wood working shop run by the Tokyo municipal government is the best deal I’ve found. Only 500 yen a day, with a free run of the power tools, with advice when needed from the old lumberjack who babysits the DIY’ers, and the price even includes free screws, thinners and glue. So far, I’ve made these two pieces there…
