Follow up photo as the chick (now 3 weeks old) is no longer pocket sized but still very friendly

Update for anyone following this thread. Little chick is not so little anymore (definitely not pocket-sized) and they and their two siblings went into their new outdoor home today. It’s just getting to golden hour and our 3 year old has been enjoying feeding them blackcurrants and herbs from the garden and it just all feels so wholesome.
