@stefanlindbohm@mastodon.social @partim@social.tchncs.de @bovine3dom@masto.ai Fortunately the stupid chatbot isn't available in English so there's an escape hatch to get a regular form instead (even though I'm French I'll gladly dodge the chat bot). https://emeraude.my.site.com/Ouifit/s/?language=en_US Note that you need to mail them a physical letter if you don't have nor want an SNCF account. (SNCF's constellation of support forms/bots are really built like that episode of Asterix fighting bureaucracy as a parody of a Herculean task 😂 https://youtube.com/watch?v=MXE2xUJgEXg)

@cycling_on_rails@mastodon.social @stefanlindbohm@mastodon.social @bovine3dom@masto.ai There is an official EU form that you are entitled to use rather than the railway’s own form. You are allowed to submit this form either electronically or by mail. Not sure how one finds out the correct address for either. https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/files/forms/reimbursement-compensation-railway/reimbursement-form_en.pdf
