  more progress on my uniform population projection maps. have fixed the holes in the previous ones this is showing population density as experienced by people - every square is approx 150k people, and the colour of that square tells you the density they live at (blue = dense, red = sparse) i particularly enjoy how you can see how unusual the US is - the only country that comes close in terms of sprawl is Russia now the next job is to understand why the mapping has gone up from 2MB to 150MB...

  if i add platform predictions to all the things does that mean i need to learn all the european languages to come up with a pun as good as On Voie Tous for each extension or do i bundle it all into one extension maybe i should make an app so once it has traction i can sell it to a dodgy company that will add unblockable preroll gambling adverts and never update the models but Google will have verified their identities so you know they are safe and good in the marvellous android ecosystem

  why are french politicians so bad at politics 1) petrol prices have gone up a bit but the market is functioning well and there are no shortages 2) government leans on Total as usual to cap prices 3) there is a petrol shortage 4) people start panic buying so there is even more of a shortage i just hope ordinary people will start to realise that their cars are not quite as reliable as they believe them to be
