@MaryAustinBooks@mstdn.social I've had similar situations. In the grand scheme, maybe it is worse when you can identify the smell that isn't really there.

@wulfric@beige.party I did think it was funny: like I don't clean up enough cat pee and poop in real life! It doesn't happen any more, so now I'm back to just smelling the dirty litter that *is* there.
