In Vancouver, and I just saw a little kid, maybe 4 or 5, wearing a Ninja Turtles t-shirt using the turtles design from the 1987 cartoon, and it was in French, and I felt like I was taken out of time and placed in an alternate universe, for a moment.

@ramsey@phpc.social there is a new game for pc and ios called splintered fate that uses as close to the old art style and turtlealities as probably is possible in current year, and it is actually good too. the past like 26 years have been soooooooooooo cruel to the turtles.
